Privacy policy

This policy is being prepared by counsel rather than assembled from a template. AMAN processes children's data under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the EU AI Act and Kazakh law simultaneously, and the published document has to hold under all four at once — generic boilerplate would be worse here than nothing, because the rest of this site makes specific commitments it would have to match. Until it is published, write to leads@aman.org.kz for the current data-processing terms, the records of processing, or a draft DPA. We reply within one business day.
